Good design is worth preserving and restoring. To create design that imitates nature is just the beginning. A synthesis must develop by creating spaces composed of elements that are greater than the sum of their individual functions. This leads to resilient communities and beautiful spaces. Join us in creating more value in communities around the world.

Inspired designs where form follows function.
With more than ten years of experience in residential and commercial land development, RCDR is equipped to provide the best solution for the needs of your project. Ranging from large-scale commercial to small residential projects, satisfying compliance-needs is always combined with selecting an appropriate materials, patterns, and colors according to the clients’ budget and taste.
The owner, Ernest M. Ruzicka, is involved with all phases of the projects, making sure that the client has the best experience possible. Mr. Ruzicka is a graduate of Temple University. Prior to college, he began as a laborer at a landscape construction company, then over the years moved into roles including foreman, then finally project manager, before starting RCDR. His years of hands-on construction, paved the way to understand that good design must be balanced with the practical and technical aspects of construction. This approach creates visually balanced and technically sound projects.
RCDR strives to follow in the footsteps of Frederick Law Olmstead, who boldly declared, Service must precede art, since all turf, trees, flowers, fences, walks, water, paint, plaster, posts and pillars in or under which there is not a purpose of direct utility or service are inartistic if not barbarous. … So long as considerations of utility are neglected or overridden by considerations of ornament, there will be not true art.
